Lemon+ oil has a fresh taste that goes well with almost every dish. And it is so easy to enjoy the great taste of Lemon+ - without the need to peel or squeeze fruit. We recommend starting with a drop of the oil and then using more depending on your taste.
The most important advantages: Beneficial for mouth, throat and vocal cords. Alleviates scratches in the throat and pharynx.
Recommendation for use
For a fresh start to the day, pour oil into a large glass of cold water. Put 1 - 2 drops into a vegetarian capsule and take daily or as needed. Add to vinaigrette or marinade to give a fresh taste to summer salads and grilled dishes. Enjoy with tea, pastries, preserves and other sweet treats. Add a drop to natural or vanilla yoghurt and garnish with fresh fruit. Combine with hearty dishes such as chicken, fish, shrimps and vegetables, but also with rice, pasta or noodle salad.

The sweet, slightly floral aroma of lavender is perfect with both light and stronger dishes, and this high-quality essential oil is an easy way to add a delicious touch to your recipes.
Lavender+ is particularly suitable for desserts, but the benefits of this oil can also be appreciated in many savoury dishes. Lavender is also often part of the famous 'Herbes de Provence' - together with marjoram, thyme, oregano or rosemary. Give your favourite dishes a very special flavour and try Lavender+ for example with chicken, lamb or potatoes.
Just a small touch of Lavender+ is enough to noticeably enliven the taste. So use it a little more sparingly at the beginning. Tip: Dip a toothpick into the oil and mix it with your recipe.
Recommendation for use
-Essential Lavender+ oil gives homemade jams (such as blueberry, apricot, raspberry or peach jams and jellies) that certain something.
-The earthy lavender tone goes perfectly with fresh citrus aromas, for example with citrus sorbets or in the form of a lavender lemonade.
-You can also use Lavender+ to enhance all dairy recipes, such as butter biscuits, ice cream, meringue or whipped cream.
-Lavender+ is also ideal for seasoning hearty recipes with herbs such as thyme, rosemary and oregano.
Application

Basil+ (Ocimum basilicum) has a sweet, warm fragrance and taste. This spice can be found in numerous dishes and it is equally popular in Asia and Europe. With Basil+ it is easier than ever to season with this popular herb. By using essential oils like Basil+, you get a fresher taste than dried herbs, but without the work.
Recommendation for use- Add flavor to your favorite pasta sauce with Young Living Basil+. For even more flavor, also use Rosemary+ and Oregano+.
- Ready-made salads from the refrigerated counter, Asian or Italian soups and salad dressing or a vinaigrette for family and friends will also be even better with this oil.
- Boil your noodles in Young Living Basil+-enriched water to subtly flavor them.
- Together with lime juice and melons this makes a great summer snack. To obtain a more complex taste profile, add some feta.
- Mix something into a mild tea like chamomile tea. Sweeten the experience with a spoon of honey.
- Dilute one drop of oil with 4 drops of carrier oil. Place in a capsule and take one daily.
