1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to all deliveries of goods made by Steindesign Regine Weber based on distance selling orders. The contract, order, and business language is German. By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.

2. Order/Conclusion of contract

The customer selects goods by clicking on the corresponding symbols, which transfers the items to a shopping cart. As long as the goods are in the shopping cart, the customer can correct their selection. By confirming the order and the payment process, the customer submits a binding offer to Steindesign Regine Weber. The purchase contract is concluded by an order confirmation sent electronically by Steindesign Regine Weber to the customer within 1-2 business days. The contract can only be concluded in German. If an item is not available, the customer will be notified by email within 1-2 business days. In this case, both parties have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

3. Validity of the product range / prices

The prices and descriptions stated on the Steindesign Regine Weber website are subject to change and Steindesign Regine Weber reserves the right to make changes at any time.
The prices include the statutory Austrian VAT, excluding delivery costs and any applicable import duties for deliveries outside Austria, and are quoted and invoiced exclusively in euros.

4. Payment terms

Payment for the goods is only possible using the following payment methods:

- Prepayment
- Paypal
- Credit card with Stripe payment system
- Instant bank transfer

Registered customers from Austria, up to a maximum outstanding order amount of €500 per customer account, can purchase on account with prior identity verification via telephone. In the case of outstanding invoices or repeatedly delayed payments, the customer may be excluded from this payment option.

5. Delivery and shipping costs

Shipping is carried out by Austrian Post AG or a parcel service. Delivery is deemed completed as soon as the goods are handed over to the post office or parcel service for shipment. Transport is at the customer's risk and expense to the delivery address provided electronically during the ordering process.

For deliveries within Austria, the delivery and shipping costs per delivery process are a flat rate of EUR 5.90 for insured shipping with Post AG or for shipping with a parcel service.

For deliveries within Europe, the following costs will be charged per delivery:

6. Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Steindesign Regine Weber, Leopoldauer Straße 17, 1210 Vienna, Austria, info@steindesign-weber.at, telephone: +43 664 5155486) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

7. Warranty / Compensation

The statutory warranty applies. For companies, an obligation to inspect the goods and notify Steindesign Regine Weber in writing within 48 hours is agreed upon; otherwise, the warranty rights expire.

It is agreed that the goods delivered by Steindesign Regine Weber have a minimum shelf life of one month after receipt by the customer.

Liability for property damage caused by slightly negligent conduct on the part of Steindesign Regine Weber is excluded in any case.

8. Retention of title

Until full payment of the price including all additional charges, the delivered items remain the sole and unrestricted property of Steindesign Regine Weber.

9. Cookies:

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

10. Place of performance, place of jurisdiction, applicable law

The place of performance is Vienna, and the place of jurisdiction is the court with local and subject-matter jurisdiction at the company headquarters at Leopoldauer Straße 17/5/24, 1210 Vienna, Austria. Unless mandatory provisions conflict, all legal relationships with the customer are subject to Austrian law, with the exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
