Personal data will be stored for up to six months to process inquiries. If an order is placed following your inquiry, we will store your data in accordance with statutory retention periods and until any claims for damages expire.

If we are legally obligated to do so, public institutions will receive your data. Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. To do so, we require your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. Data storage in the webshop

Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the buyer's name, address, and contact details, in cookies. Data that could facilitate payment fraud, such as credit card numbers, is processed exclusively by the payment service provider (Shopify).

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: telephone number, email address. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is transferred to third parties if they are directly involved in the provision of services (e.g., payment service providers, transport companies) for the delivery of the goods, as well as to our tax advisors to fulfill our tax obligations.

After you cancel your purchase as a guest, the data stored by us is routinely deleted within 14 days. If you voluntarily register (create a customer account), this data will be stored until you revoke your consent and for a maximum of three years after your last login. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years) and thereafter for the duration of your customer account, based on our legitimate interest in ensuring that you can view your orders at any time, and beyond that until any legal disputes are resolved.

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the product liability expires (10 years).

Routine deletion and blocking of personal data

The controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage or as far as this is provided for by the European legislator or other legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.

If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
