Amazonite bead bracelet 3 mm faceted

Amazonite is a turquoise-colored feldspar (KAlSi₃O₈) with a Mohs hardness of 6–6.5. Its characteristic color is created by lead and water inclusions in the stone and is natural—not dyed. The faceted cut refracts the light and gives the delicate 3 mm beads a softly sparkling luster. The name is derived from the Amazon River, although the stone does not occur there. Significant deposits: Brazil, Russia (Urals), USA, Madagascar, Namibia.

Significance in crystal healing

Amazonite is considered a stone of harmony and emotional balance.
