Many conventional deodorants are also called "antiperspirants" – and not without reason. They contain aluminum salts to prevent sweating. The aluminum compounds constrict the main pores. They also block the sweat ducts. The result: less sweating. At the same time, however, the skin's natural breathing process is also inhibited!

The main ingredient in ANACOS deodorant is dolomite powder. Dolomite is a carbonate calcium-magnesium mineral, CaMg(CO3)2, and is found in the rock of the same name, in dolomitic limestone, and in various sedimentary rocks. Its color can range from white, gray, yellowish to reddish-brown. Its mineralogical composition is 99.2% dolomite, and its pH is between 10.1 and 10.3. The flour-like powder is produced by iron-free, dry grinding of crushed raw dolomite followed by air separation. It is characterized by a high dolomite content of over 99% and contains only small amounts of secondary components.
