This handmade bohemian bracelet combines three mineralogically and energetically complementary gemstones: peridot (faceted), chrome diopside (faceted), and aquamarine (teardrop shape). The fresh green tones of peridot and chrome diopside harmonize beautifully with the delicate blue of the aquamarine. Clasp: silver lobster claw.

The stones

Peridot: Magnesium iron silicate (Mg,Fe)₂SiO₄, olivine group, Mohs hardness 6.5–7. The luminous green color is caused by iron ions in the crystal lattice – peridot is one of the few gemstones that occurs in only one color. Sources: Egypt (Zabargad), Pakistan, Myanmar, USA (Arizona).
Aquamarine: Beryl variety (Be₃Al₂Si₆O₁₈), Mohs hardness 7.5–8. The blue coloration is caused by iron deposits. Sources: Brazil, Afghanistan, Russia.
Chrome diopside: Pyroxene mineral (CaMgSi₂O₆) with chrome inclusions, Mohs hardness 5.5–6.5. The intense green coloring is caused by chromium ions. Sources: Russia (Siberia), Pakistan, India.
