The ECAIA carafe lid is SGS-certified, BPA-free, and therefore ideal for the water carafe. With the removable water inlet flap for filling the tank, you rarely need to remove the lid from the carafe. Once properly attached and locked into place, the lid can't fall off.
The lid of the ECAIA carafe has a placeholder for the filter indicator (timer). The filter indicator is NOT included, but can be ordered separately and easily inserted at any time.

When you purchase the ECAIA carafe, the lid is always delivered WITH filter indicator.

Note: This is a replacement item that can only be used in combination with the ECAIA carafe. If the included lid of the ECAIA carafe breaks for any reason, simply reorder this item, remove the timer from the old lid, and insert it into the new lid.
