Natural Materials

Stingray leather: Rare, exquisite leather with a characteristic scale structure – particularly robust and durable.
Chalcedony: Microcrystalline quartz (SiO₂), Mohs hardness 6.5–7, trigonal crystal system. The characteristic light blue color is created by finely distributed inclusions. The name is derived from the ancient city of Chalcedon (today Kadıköy, Turkey). Locations: Turkey, Namibia, Brazil, USA.
Lava: Volcanic rock formed by the rapid cooling of magma. The porous structure is created by trapped gas bubbles. Mohs hardness 3–4. Locations: Hawaii, Iceland, Canary Islands, Italy.
