This handcrafted designer bracelet combines two unique natural materials: pearl in a delicate pearlescent white and (faceted) citrine in a warm golden yellow, with a rhodium-plated silver bead as an accent. The harmonious color combination radiates elegance, femininity, and zest for life. Each bracelet is one-of-a-kind.
Gemstone & genuine pearl
Pearl: Organic gemstone formed by mollusks (clams/oysters) through concentrically arranged layers of nacre (aragonite/CaCO₃ + conchiolin). Mohs hardness 2.5–4.5. Pearls are among humanity's oldest jewelry materials. Important: sensitive to acids, perfume, and cosmetics.
Citrine: Variety of quartz (SiO₂), Mohs hardness 7, trigonal crystal system. The yellow-gold color is caused by traces of iron. Natural citrine is rare – much commercial citrine is heat-treated amethyst. The name is derived from the French "citron" (lemon). Found in: Brazil, Madagascar, Spain.
Significance in crystal healing
The pearl is considered a stone of beauty and femininity. It is said to promote inner peace, purity, and heart energy, and to be connected to lunar energy and intuition. Citrine is considered a "sun stone" – it is said to strengthen zest for life, self-confidence, and the solar plexus chakra, as well as transform negative energies into positive ones. Together, they are said to make you shine from within and without. These attributions are based on long-standing tradition and are not scientifically proven. They do not replace medical treatment.
