Application Recommendations

Diffuse 3–5 drops 30–60 minutes before bedtime for a calming atmosphere in the children's room.
Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., almond oil) and gently massage onto the soles of the feet, neck, or chest.
Place 1–2 drops on a stuffed animal or pillow (out of the child's reach) for gentle aromatherapy throughout the night.
Use when traveling for a familiar sleep routine even when away from home.
