Application :

Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for a feeling of inspiration

Beauty: Add a drop or two to your favorite moisturizer for an uplifting aroma all day long.

Bathing: Add 6-8 drops to bath water for an invigorating and soothing spa experience.

Massage: Massage into desired areas. For sensitive skin, dilute 15 drops with 10 ml of Young Living V-6® Enhanced Vegetable Complex.

Perfume: Apply to the neck for an inspiring and grounding personal scent.
