Malachite bead bracelet 3 mm faceted

Malachite is a copper carbonate hydroxide (Cu₂(CO₃)(OH)₂), Mohs hardness 3.5–4, monoclinic crystal system. The characteristic green banding and graining are created by varying growth layers. The name is derived from the Greek "malache" (mallow) – after the color of mallow leaves. The faceted cut of the delicate 3 mm beads highlights the intense green with its characteristic graining in a particularly elegant way.
