Here's how to use your Angelica oil:

Inhalation: Find a quiet place, put 1-2 drops on your palms, rub them together, hold them in front of your face and inhale deeply. Let the "angels" do their work and become your best self again.

In the diffuser: Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser to create a calming, grounding atmosphere – perfect for meditation, yoga, or relaxing evenings.
