Sodalite bead bracelet 4 mm

Sodalite is mineralogically a sodium aluminum silicate chloride (Na₈Al₆Si₆O₂₄Cl₂), Mohs hardness 5.5–6, cubic crystal system. The stone owes its characteristic royal blue to sulfur compounds; the white veins are calcite inclusions. First discovered in Greenland in 1811, it is often confused with lapis lazuli – however, it is a purer blue and contains no pyrite inclusions. The delicate 4 mm beads are subtle and suitable for everyday wear – ideal for the layering look. Locations: Brazil, Canada, Namibia, India, USA.
