Tiger eye bead bracelet 8 mm faceted

Tiger's eye is mineralogically a pseudomorph: crocidolite fibers (riebeckite asbestos) have been replaced by quartz (SiO₂), while the fibrous structure has been preserved. The golden-yellow to golden-brown coloration is created by the oxidation of iron – the precursor stage is the blue hawk's eye; if both colors appear in one stone, it is referred to as tiger's eye-hawk's eye. The spectacular chatoyancy effect (cat's eye effect) is caused by the play of light on the parallel fibers. Mohs hardness 7. Significance in crystal healing

Tiger's eye is considered a protective and lucky stone as well as a stone of concentration and endurance.
