Turquoise beaded bracelet 4 mm faceted

Mineralogically, turquoise is a hydrous copper aluminium phosphate (CuAl₆(PO₄)₄(OH)₈·4H₂O), with a Mohs hardness of 5–6 and a triclinic crystal system. It owes its characteristic blue color to its copper content; the dark veins are limonite or pyrite inclusions. It was revered by the ancient Egyptians, Persians, and Aztecs—the death mask of Tutankhamun is decorated with turquoise. The faceted cut of the 4 mm beads enhances the natural radiance of the blue; a silver bead elegantly conceals the knot.
