Essential oils included

The blend contains Black Spruce (Picea mariana, leaf oil), Camphor Wood (Cinnamomum camphora, wood oil), Blue Tansy (Tanacetum annuum, flower oil), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii, oil), and Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens, flower oil). Together, they create the floral, spicy-sweet, woodsy aroma of Valor.

Recommended use

Diffusing: Diffuse for up to one hour, three times daily. Refer to your diffuser's instructions for details.
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops to the desired area as directed on the label and use as needed. Dilute with a carrier oil if you have very sensitive skin.
For massage: Mix with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex and use for a neck or back massage.
As a personal scent: Apply to your wrists as part of your topical routine.
For yoga and meditation: Use the woodsy aroma to scent the room; observe the recommended diffusing duration.
