Application Recommendations

Diffuser: Diffuse up to 3 times daily for a maximum of 30 minutes for an energizing room scent and a feeling of calm and peace.
Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for a quick boost of motivation – ideal for winter blues or low energy.
Massage: Add a few drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for a harmonizing, moisturizing massage.
Bath: Add 6–8 drops to bathwater for deep relaxation and a soothing scent.
Hair Care: Add a few drops to shampoo for a nourishing effect and a wonderful scent.
Perfume: Apply to pulse points and neck for a refreshing, woody everyday scent.
