Essential Oil

Eucalyptus Blue (Eucalyptus bicostata): Fresh, camphoraceous, cooling – clear, invigorating, and refreshing. Obtained by steam distillation from leaves and branches. Contains a particularly high content of 1,8-Cineole (Eucalyptol), the main active ingredient for respiratory support properties. Differs from other eucalyptus species due to its particularly powerful effect – stronger than E. radiata, similarly powerful as E. globulus.

Application Recommendations

Diffuser: Diffuse 4–6 drops for a refreshing, clarifying atmosphere – ideal for clear breathing and concentration.
Steam Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head and inhale the steam – soothing for colds.
Massage: Dilute 2–3 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto chest, back, or neck.
Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for quick refreshment and clear airways.
Bath: Add 3–4 drops mixed with sea salt or carrier oil to bathwater.
