Here's how to use your fennel oil:
In the diffuser: Add 4-6 drops to your diffuser to create an invigorating, harmonizing atmosphere – perfect for relaxation and emotional balance.
Digestive support: Dilute 1-2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™ or coconut oil) and massage the mixture clockwise onto the abdomen – traditionally used to aid digestion and relieve bloating.
Culinary use: Add 1 drop to fish dishes, soups, salads, or Mediterranean dishes for a sweet, anise-like fennel flavor. Use only food-grade fennel oil!
Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1-2 drops on a tissue for an invigorating, harmonizing effect.
Massage: Dilute with a carrier oil and massage the mixture onto the abdomen, neck or soles of the feet – ideal for a relaxing, digestion-promoting massage.
Respiratory support: In a diffuser or as a gentle inhalation for free breathing.
Application tips:
- For digestive problems: Massage diluted solution onto the abdomen (clockwise).
- For bloating: Massage in diluted with a carrier oil.
- For respiratory tract: Use in a diffuser or inhale
- In the kitchen: Add 1 drop to dishes (use sparingly)

About fennel (Foeniculum vulgare):
Fennel is a perennial plant from the Apiaceae family, originally from the Mediterranean region and now cultivated worldwide. The essential oil is extracted from the seeds through steam distillation and contains valuable components such as anethole, fenchone, and estragole. Fennel has been used traditionally since antiquity – both as a culinary spice and in folk medicine to support digestion, the respiratory system, and emotional balance.
