Essential Oil

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) – an umbelliferous plant from the Mediterranean region, whose seeds are rich in anethole, fenchone, and estragole. Recommended Uses

In a diffuser: 4–6 drops for an invigorating, harmonizing atmosphere – ideal for relaxation and emotional balance.
Digestion: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™ or coconut oil) and massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise direction.
Respiratory system: In a diffuser or as a gentle inhalation for clear, easy breathing.
Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1–2 drops on a tissue.
Massage: Dilute and massage onto the abdomen, neck, or soles of the feet.
Culinary as a Plus oil: 1 drop to fish dishes, soups, salads, or Mediterranean dishes – use sparingly, as it is very concentrated.
