White Fir (Abies alba) – grounding and clarifying, connects with the power of nature

Application Recommendations

Apply 2–4 drops to the soles of the feet for deep grounding – especially effective in the morning or during stress.
Diffuse 3–4 drops for a grounding, stabilizing atmosphere.
Dilute with a carrier oil and massage along the spine or on the shoulders.
Apply to the soles of the feet before meditation or yoga for deeper rootedness.
Apply to the root chakra for grounding work.
