Application Recommendations

Meditation & spiritual practice: 3–5 drops in a diffuser during meditation, prayer, or yoga – creates a deeply centering, spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
Aromatherapy: Place 1–2 drops in your palms, rub together, and inhale deeply – for emotional grounding and inner peace.
Skin care: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™, jojoba oil, or rosehip oil) and apply to the face or mature skin – particularly valuable for anti-aging and skin regeneration.
Massage: Dilute and massage onto the neck, temples, soles of the feet, or heart area for a relaxing, centering effect.
