Here's how to use your Seedlings™ Calm Oil:

In the diffuser: Add 2-4 drops to your diffuser about 30 minutes before bedtime to create a calming atmosphere in the children's room.

Topical application: Dilute 1 drop with 3-4 drops of a carrier oil (e.g. V-6™ or almond oil) and gently massage onto the soles of your child's feet, neck, or chest – perfect as part of your evening routine.

Aromatherapy: Place 1-2 drops on a soft toy, pillow or handkerchief (out of reach of the child) for gentle aromatherapy during the night.

Important note: Always dilute essential oils before applying them to children's skin. Not suitable for babies under 3 months. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
