Application recommendations

Add 1–2 drops to a Veggie Capsule or stir into water/tea – daily to support feminine well-being.
Diffuse 3–4 drops for a balancing, harmonizing atmosphere.
Dilute with a carrier oil and massage onto the lower abdomen, soles of the feet, or wrists.
Add 3–5 drops to bathwater for a balancing bath.
