Recommended Use

In a diffuser: 4–6 drops for a cheerful, calming atmosphere – ideal for children's rooms, living spaces, or to combat the afternoon slump.
For children: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™ or almond oil) (1 drop per 1 tbsp carrier oil) and gently massage onto the soles of the feet, stomach, or back – soothing for nervousness or before bedtime.
Skin care: Dilute 2–3 drops with a carrier oil and apply to the face or body – gentle and beneficial for sensitive skin.
Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1–2 drops on a tissue for quick mood uplift and calming.
Internal use: Add 1 drop to a glass of water or smoothie – supports overall well-being from within.
