Essential Oil

Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) – a thorny shrub from the Middle East and East Africa, whose resin flows directly from the bark. Particularly rich in sesquiterpenes, which address the limbic system and promote emotional depth, grounding, and inner peace. In aromatherapy, Myrrh supports emotional stress, inner restlessness, and spiritual seeking. It connects with ancient tradition and creates an atmosphere of stillness and holiness.

Application Recommendations

Meditation & Spiritual Practice: Diffuse 3–5 drops during meditation, prayer, or yoga – promotes emotional depth, centering, and spiritual connection.
Skin Care: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™, jojoba oil, or rosehip oil) and apply to face or mature skin – anti-aging, skin regeneration, cracked skin.
Oral Care: Add 1–2 drops to toothpaste or use in a glass of water for mouthwash – supports healthy gums and fresh breath.
Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1–2 drops on a tissue for emotional grounding and inner peace.
