Recommended Use

In a Diffuser: 4–6 drops for a refreshing, mood-lifting atmosphere – ideal in the morning, at work, or for air freshening.
Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1–2 drops on a tissue for quick mood uplift and mental clarity.
Natural Cleaning: Add 5–10 drops to homemade cleaning solutions or apply to a damp cloth for natural, fragrant surface cleaning.
Internal Use: Add 1 drop to a glass of water or place in an empty capsule – supports overall well-being from within.
