Recommended Uses

In a diffuser: 4–6 drops for a cheerful, mood-lifting atmosphere – ideal in the morning, at work, or against the afternoon slump.
Natural cleaning: Add 5–10 drops to homemade cleaning solution or put on a damp cloth – dissolves grease, dirt, and adhesive residues.
Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1–2 drops on a tissue for quick mood uplift.
Internal use: Add 1 drop to a glass of water or smoothie – supports overall well-being from within.
Massage: Dilute 3–4 drops with a carrier oil and massage in.
For children: Dilute 1 drop with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and gently massage onto the soles of the feet or abdomen.
