Application Recommendations

Apply 2–4 drops directly to the affected area – no dilution needed for normal skin; for very sensitive skin, dilute with V-6® Carrier Oil.
Inhale directly from the bottle for a soothing effect.
Diffuse for up to 1 hour for a gentle, calming atmosphere.
