Palo Santo means "sacred wood" in Spanish – and the indigenous peoples of Ecuador and Peru have used it for centuries for spiritual ceremonies, healing rituals, and space cleansing. The oil from the wood of Bursera graveolens has a warm, woody, and sweet scent with balsamic and slightly citrusy notes: grounding, cleansing, and spiritually uplifting. Recommended Use

Meditation & spiritual practice: 3–5 drops in a diffuser during meditation, prayer, or yoga – clarifies the atmosphere, promotes centering and spiritual connection.
Energetic cleansing: Diffuse in rooms you want to energetically cleanse – after conflicts, in new spaces, or before meditations.
In a diffuser: 4–6 drops for a grounding, calming atmosphere.
Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1–2 drops on a tissue for emotional grounding and inner peace.
Massage: Dilute 2–3 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™ or Jojoba oil) and massage onto the neck, soles of the feet, or heart area.
