Bathing: Add 6-8 drops to your hot bath for a relaxing experience.
Massage: Relax with a massage using a few drops in 10 ml of Young Living V-6® Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex.
Perfume: Wonderful in combination with ginger, clary sage or myrrh.
