Application Recommendations

Diffuse 3–5 drops in the bedroom 30–60 minutes before bedtime or place 1–2 drops on your pillow.
Diffuse after a stressful day for a peaceful, harmonizing atmosphere.
Dilute with a carrier oil for a relaxing massage on the neck, shoulders, or back.
Mix 5–8 drops with sea salt and add to bathwater for a spa experience at home.
For children, apply diluted to the soles of the feet or diffuse in their room.
