Essential Oil

Sage (Salvia officinalis) – a Lamiaceae plant from the Mediterranean, rich in thujone (up to 50%), 1,8-cineole, and camphor. In aromatherapy, it is valued for its strongly cleansing and hormone-balancing properties. Emotionally, sage promotes mental clarity, determination, and inner strength.

Application Recommendations

For hormonal balance: Add 1–2 drops to an empty capsule and take with water – traditionally used to support during menopause and with hot flashes. Do not use for longer than 2 weeks at a time.
In a diffuser: 3–5 drops (use sparingly) for a cleansing, clarifying atmosphere – ideal for meditation or energetic cleansing.
Massage: Massage 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (dilute at least 1:4) onto the abdomen, lower back, or soles of the feet.
Aromatherapy: Carefully inhale from the bottle for emotional clarity and mental strengthening.
