Here's how to use your tea tree oil:

For blemished skin and acne: Dilute 1-2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™ or jojoba oil) and dab the mixture directly onto blemishes, pimples, or acne. Tea tree oil has a powerful cleansing effect and can reduce the appearance of skin imperfections.

Facial care: Add 1-2 drops to your facial cleanser, toner or face cream for a clarifying, purifying effect – especially for oily and blemished skin.

Hair care & scalp: Add 2-3 drops to your shampoo for a healthy scalp and to prevent dandruff. Tea tree oil cleanses the scalp and promotes healthy hair.

In the diffuser: Add 4-6 drops to your diffuser for a cleansing, immune-boosting atmosphere – perfect during cold and flu season or for air purification.

Natural cleaning: Add 5-10 drops to your homemade cleaning solution for powerful, natural cleaning. Tea tree oil cleans surfaces and neutralizes odors.

For skin problems: Dilute with a carrier oil and apply the mixture to fungal infections, warts, insect bites or small wounds – traditionally to support healing.

Aromatherapy: Inhale directly from the bottle or place 1-2 drops on a tissue for clear airways and emotional strengthening.

Application tips:

  • For acne: Apply diluted directly to blemishes.
  • For blemished skin: Add to facial cleanser or toner
  • For dandruff: Add to shampoo for a healthy scalp
  • For air purification: Use in a diffuser during cold and flu season
  • For cleaning: Add to cleaning agents
  • For fungal infections: Apply diluted to affected areas.
  • For insect bites: Apply diluted for relief.

Important note: Always dilute essential oils before topical application to large areas of skin. Recommended dilution: 1-2 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. For targeted application to blemishes, tea tree oil can also be applied undiluted (test skin compatibility beforehand). Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest.

About the tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) from Australia:

The name "tea tree" comes from Captain James Cook, who used the leaves as a tea substitute.
