Trauma Life™ is a carefully formulated blend of nine essential oils with a warm, floral-balsamic fragrance profile. The combination of Rose, Helichrysum, Valerian, and other select oils creates a comforting, deep aromatic atmosphere – ideal for diffusing or topical application.

Essential oils included

Recommended use

Apply 2–4 drops diluted with a carrier oil to the wrists, soles of the feet, or over the heart.
Add 3–4 drops to a diffuser and diffuse aromatically.
Add 3–5 drops to bathwater (mix with a carrier oil first).
Harmonizes well with SARA or Release.
