Cedarwood (Cedrus sp.) – one of the oldest aromatic woods in the world, rich in cedrol, alpha-cedrene, and beta-cedrene. In aromatherapy, it is valued for its grounding, soothing, and sleep-promoting properties. Emotionally, cedarwood helps with stress, inner restlessness, and distraction – it grounds, centers, and creates a sense of security and stability.

Recommended Use

In a diffuser: 4–6 drops for a grounding, soothing atmosphere – especially beneficial in the evening or during meditation.
For better sleep: Diffuse in the bedroom or apply diluted to the soles of the feet – promotes restful sleep.
Skin & Hair: Mix 1–2 drops with a carrier oil, shampoo, or conditioner – for healthy skin and strong hair.
