Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens, Mediterranean region) – an evergreen conifer from Spain and France, rich in alpha-pinene, delta-3-carene, cedrol, and limonene. In aromatherapy, it is valued for its grounding, purifying, and emotionally stabilizing properties. Recommended Uses

In a diffuser: 3–4 drops for a grounding, calming atmosphere – ideal for meditation, yoga, or evening relaxation.
Massage: Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (e.g., V-6™, jojoba oil, or almond oil) – especially soothing for heavy, tired legs or after standing for long periods.
Skincare: Apply diluted – toning and balancing for oily or blemished skin.
In the bath: Mix 3–5 drops with shower gel or sea salt for a calming, grounding bath.
Meditation & Spirituality: Diffuse a few drops or apply diluted to the soles of the feet for deep grounding and inner peace.
